The last few days when I go to check in on my Fitbit app and sync my versa it crashes.
I've uninstalled the app and then reinstalled to see if it would help some and it’s not made a difference. Is there a problem with the Fitbit app? @LucyAP
For example I logged in this morning to check sleep info and it crashed 3 times. It did sync after the 3rd time but it’s annoying

Yes, there is an apparent crashing problem with the Fitbit Connect app. See my post on the subject here: Fitbit Versa issues with music downloads...Fitbit Connect crashes

I meant the phone app not the desktop app? Don’t know why mine crashes a hot 2 to 3 times when I go to use it. Buy it only started happening since I got my versa

Hey there @lexi83! Thanks for the tagging and for letting me know about the issue you are experiencing. After the release of Versa we had some App updates, and this might be the reason. Currently, there is an ongoing issue for some users with the Fitbit app for iOS crashing after the update.
Here is the main thread App crash/freezes after 2.49 update. The suggested workaround is to uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
If you are on an Android device, please make sure that your Android OS is up to date and you can try to restart the app by logging out and rebooting your phone. Once your phone is up, log back in.
Keep me posted with the outcome! 🙂
