Fitbit App is not showing the usual data

As of this morning my app is not showing the usual data. The ‘sleep’ and ‘time to get active’ tiles are gone and it’s no longer showing my steps at the top, only calories. Any idea how to get it back to how it was before? I haven’t changed anything as far as I know. The only change I made in the app was add a family member/watch for my kid.

Hi @Vaaaaaal - it's possible you are not logged in to the correct account. Click on Steps or something you know should be populated, to check.

 

If you are in the correct account, if you can, clear the storage cache and force stop the Fitbit App. then logout and login again sometimes it clears it.

 

Otherwise to correct the change Click on Edit [top right] in the Fitbit App. There you can add the missing tiles and move them around and also the goals in the top part then click done when corrected..
