I'm a member of 99 Walks and participate in Fitbit Bingo. Today I walked 50 minutes and 57 seconds. My Fitbit Bingo card says I've only walked 12 minutes. I've done the following already:
1. Restart with my Android.
2. Powered off completely.
3. Made sure my phone has all the latest updates.
4. Uninstalled the Fitbit app and reinstalled it.
Nothing has helped. I don't want to quit participating in Fitbit Bingo but I am very frustrated 🥴. Please help! Thank you 😊.

Gert FIt Bingo does not have a "walked" category. I only see steps, zone minutes, and miles.
Do you really mean zone minutes, and are assuming that any minute walking gets a zone minute. If so, that is not correct. Zone minutes require a certain heart rate. If you tap on Zone Minutes on phone app, you can see the heart rates required.
