After owning the blaze for two years I ended up buying a versa 2 because my blaze would not hold a charge. Customer service told me there was nothing they could do since it was out of the warranty window. Okay I will give them that I used it for two years everyday with runs and workouts so figured overuse.
I have since bought a second fitbit this time a versa 2 and now after 2 years it has stopped working. SMH. bought in Nov 2019 stopped working 1st week of December 2021. Not even going to bother with Customer support its outside the warranty.
Look if you are going to force me to purchase a watch every two year I think I will pass and go with some other product that is probably better.
