I purchased the Versa 2 last week. I have tried for 3 days to install Fitbit Coach. I continue to get an error message every time I open the app that the download has not completed and will not install. This seems to be an ongoing issue without resolution. No answer has been given and it seems as though Fitbit knows this but are tap dancing around a resolution. I realize all this COVID stuff is causing delays but it does not stop Fitbit from sending numerous marketing emails which is why I made the purchase. It also seems strange that Fitbit Coach was not already installed on the watch. Please update You apps and fix this bug so we can enjoy the full benefits. I have tried everything and called and chatted with Fitbit support who both tried for a while to help but could not and then proceeded to give me a reference number to call back with. Fitbit please fix this issue ASAP because it is not an isolated incident. This forum is full of post about this issue with no resolution. TY

I’m having the same issue! Brought my fit bit last week every day I’ve tried to install and it won’t complete the Full download. Has this been fixed for you?

Nope. Fitbit just had an update the other day. Still no fix. Sorry 😕if you figure out anything lmn
