Hello @Saumitra1989 and welcome to the Help forums. I'm sorry, but the Versa 2 isn't compatible with Windows 7. You need a compatible Android or iPhone or tablet.

@Saumitra1989 I use a Mac so I am not sure if this will work for you or not. You still need Fitbit Connect to transfer music, even though you can't sync your Versa 2 to your desktop. The page where you get Fitbit Connect is supposed to give you the correct version for your operating system. Windows 7 is an older operating system. I don't know if the minimum for music transfer is Windows 8.1 or not.
If you haven't done so, read this Help article. There is a video in the Mac section that shows the steps to put music on an Ionic. The steps are the same for your Versa 2. It is very helpful. One thing that is important -- the only part of Fitbit Connect that will work for you, if it works at all, is the Manage My Music option. Forget everything else.
There is one additional thing that you need to know. Microsoft ended all support for Windows 7 in January of this year. That means no more software updates. More importantly, it means no more security updates.
Good luck.
