Hi there,
I recently purchased the new Fitbit Versa and am really keen to download some music onto it.
I haven't been able to do so, as I'm unable to access the Fitbit Connect app on my laptop. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting and updating my computer, using a hotspot and restarting my internet connection and nothing has worked.
Any ideas on how I can fix this?

We appreciate the details you shared with us regarding the situation you're experiencing. The issue may be related to your IP address and should be resolved within 48 hours. If you still can't log in or sync by then, please try the following:
- If you have been using the "log in with Facebook" option, please log in using your email and password for your Fitbit account.
- If you are getting any error, please be so kid to attach a screen shot.
