I have had my Fitbit Versa for a little over a year now. Just recently, my battery got down to 0%, so I tried to charge it. I connected it to the charging cable and came back to check on it about thirty minutes later. It was warm to the touch and the screen would not turn on. I tried a soft and hard reset, but it won't turn on. I tried cleaning the gold prongs and attachment, but nothing seems to be working. Any suggestions for me?

Hi @liz_bunker I think the only thing to try is contacting Customer Support and hope they can help.
