Fitbit Icon is all I have on my watch now

The fitbit icon has been on my watch face for about 12 hours now.  I know the charge was good but decided to charge it anyway just in case and nothing.  It's like the watch is in some sort of sleep mode or something.  No activity at all is happening.  I have tried numerous times to reset by pressing the left button and the bottom right but it just flashes the icon and that's it.  So frustrated as I like the watch but this is really bothering me.  

 

Any help/advice would be appreciated.
