Fitbit Pace way off with connected GPS

Got the versa to give me more control and notifications but really can’t keep it if it’s this bad. I am a college distance runner and have had extreme issues with the Versas pacing. 5 mile distance runs at a known pace of 5:30 (reported with +/- 5 seconds from multiple garmins) will come out as way under distance and way over pace. Any tips?

I regret to hear that your pace and distance readings are not accurate. I would recommend making sure you have the latest Fitbit app version. If you haven't done it already, please reboot your cellphone and perform your activity once again.

 

Whether you experience the same problem, please be so kind to attach a screen shot of your activity to further investigate.
