Hi, there are countless threads about this but just another one for you to ignore / tell me to open a case about here - Revolut is listed as a supported bank for Fitbit Pay in the UK. This IS NOT supported. Please can you at least acknowledge that this is the case? Either by talking to Revolut and getting this sorted or by removing the false information from your website. This was a big factor in me buying my Fitbit Versa, so for it not to work and for you to not even acknowledge the problem when many across this forum are talking about it is beyond a joke and is going to lose you future sales.

I was able to set up my Revolut card on Fitbit pay today without having to change the country to USA. So it appears that the linking issue is fixed across the board now.

@Meshen welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that FitbitPay is not working for you. I totally understand how you feel about this. I really appreciate your feedback and comments.
I would just like to know what type of credit card you have, is it a Mastercard or Visa? As an additional information, has your bank told you more information about this?
This info will help me to assist you accordingly.

It's a revolut mastercard. If you search your own forums you will realise this doesn't work in the UK, despite what your website claims.

Like you, this was also one of the main reasons that I bought my fitbit and to not have it working is just so disappointing. I hope they'd add more supported banks cos as of now, my fitbit pay is completely useless.

The moderator did not edit the subject for clarity, they changed it to hide what Fitbit is doing.
Fitbit is aware that they do not work with Revolut cards in the UK. Yet they still claim that they do. This is lying.
Fitbit is doing this in order to make people make a buying decision that they would not otherwise have, if they had been fully informed.
Guess which word has this definition:
"A false representation of a matter of fact—whether by words or by conduct, by false or misleading allegations, or by concealment of what should have been disclosed—that deceives and is intended to deceive another so that the individual will act upon it to her or his legal injury."

I've just got a revolut card so I can use Fitbit pay + not working. Really annoyed, waisting my time!!!!

I've had exactly the same problem. I raised a complaint with fitbit 2 months ago and only now have they admitted that fitbit pay is currently not compatible. I suggested that they stop advertising the fact that it is a supported card and they said that they are still working on it!!!

It's false advertising plain and simple. It seems that Fitbit either don't care about misleading customers or they are so incompetent they can't get around to taking revolut off their list of banks. I bought a charge 3 after owning a charge 2 (with the screen cracking issue) to use fitbit pay. I have been completely conned by these barrow boy merchants who masquerade as a reputable company. Their products have both poor hardware and firmware and are unfit for purpose. I have come to the conclusion FITBIT DOSENT CARE.
Maybe they should display on the welcome screen this on their products with next firmware upgrade. It would save their customers the time it takes to Google their problem only to taken to the fitbit forum where they find out fitbit couldnt give an ff.

I almost gave up after reading many complaints in this forum. It didn't work with my old cards. I tried both Visa and MasterCard. Then I deleted my old virtual card I added a new (virtual) MasterCard, just in case. And it finally worked well with the new (virtual) card! 🙂 I also paid with it successfully. (I live in Hungary.)

I just tried it again with a new virtual MasterCard. It failed again. I am in the UK.

Has anyone got Revolut to work in the UK? If so can they post here...

LOL this is so bad on fitbit's behalf...........
As if fitbit pay wasn't useless already in the UK.... they mislead people (myself included), so that people download Revolut to use (as there are only a few compatible banks), and then 'surprise surprise' it doesn't work.
Anyone think Fitbit are getting comms somehow for putting Revolut on their website to dupe customers to downloading their banking app..............?!
Not quite sure they have even bothered launching fitbit pay in the UK it's clearly so under developed and pointless, which is quite embarrassing.
This is definitely a complaint to trading standards for false advertising and misleading customers, not sure if the FCA would also be worth informing

I am afraid you were mislead. Revolut Mastercard does not work either in the UK. As to who pays for a Revolut account, I do... It is vastly cheaper than the international bank transfers I used to use.

I don't think that the paid version of revolut with mastercard in the UK works either. I've yet to hear if anyone in the UK has got it to work. I hope Google shuts fitbit pay down and replaces it with a google pay platform.

Hi JuanJo
Will anyone at Fitbit ever address this issue and actually rectify it or remove from fitbits compatibility info?
Would be nice for fitbit to stop misleading it's community, address this very big and common issue and actually rectify?
All,
Save others from buying a watch they think is compatible but is in fact not.
