After some time after adding the card to fitbit pay my card isn't loaded anymore. It only shows a loading circle on top of the card after holding the left versa button. It doesn't displays to hold the watch to a reader. I'm using a boon virtual mastercard card in Germany. Does someone else have the same problem. How can I fix that. I deleted the card and added it again. I shut down my watch. Nothing helped.

It might be worth uninstalling and reinstalling the wallet app on your Versa. You can do that by following the instructions below.

That's the same problem I had. FitbitSupport on twitter suggested to force stop or to completely reinstall the fitbit app on the phone and start a sync. That works now. But if I try to pay the terminal prompts that I'm using an unknown card. I'm using a virtual boon mastercard in Germany. My normal contactless mastercard works.
