Fitbit Pay is not on my Versa left button

The setup / help articles I read said to hold the Left Button in order to use Fitbit Pay. "To pay, hold left button from any screen, then place on the reader. 

 

When I hold down my left button, two screens appear - one Music screen, and the other with Screen Wake and Notifications shortcuts. 

 

What am I doing wrong?

Have you set up Fitbit Pay through the Fitbit app on your phone first?

 

If not, do that. If you have, try restarting the device.
