Hi there, @10Amicus. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. 

Have you tried removing the cards and add them again? For instructions, see How do I remove a card from my Fitbit device?

Hi Maree, unfortunately not. It took ages to delete the cards however they cannot be reloaded and I get a message saying there was an error and to contact Fitbit Support. Where to from here?
