Fitbit Pay isn't working on my Versa

I have recently bought the Versa in EU and I read somewhere that all models in EU have NFC. I have set up my card in the Wallet app, but when I tried to pay nothing happened. It probably wasn't the card readers fault, since I could pay by tapping my phone. What could ve the problem here?

Hi there @saras112, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear to hear about the inconveniences you had when trying to pay with your Versa, I understand where your concern is coming from. Thanks for the details provided in your post, I'll be glad to help you with this. 

Please know that not all banks are supported in EU even when your watch contain an NFC chip. To check if your card works with Fitbit Pay, see the Supported Banks and Transit List. 

If you credit/debit card is included in the list above and the payment terminal doesn’t recognize Fitbit Pay, make sure the device face is near the reader and that the cashier knows you’re using a contactless payment. Note that the Payments screen might be hidden if you haven't set up Fitbit Pay. If you don't see the Payments screen, follow the instructions in How do I set up Fitbit Pay? to add a card to your Wallet.
