Fitbit Pay not always working and can't see my list of transactions

Fitbit Pay is very hit and miss and can sometimes not even work on machines it has worked before. It's far too unreliable to only have this so I always have my phone to pay with just in case. I've done the restart numerous times but this is very impractical when you are stood at the machine waiting to pay. The app has never shown any transactions in the wallet. Anybody else have these issues, cheers

Hey @KezzaRed, it is great to see you around more often! Ok, let me give you a hand on this. 😉 First of all, I would suggest you to remove or delete your credit card by following these instructions:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon User-added image
  2. Tap or click the Wallet tile.
  3. Find the card you want to delete.
  4. Tap or click Remove Card. The card is removed from Fitbit Pay and can no longer be used to make payments with your watch.
  5. Sync your watch to remove the card image from your screen.

Then set it up your credit card again:

  1. With your watch nearby, from the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon User-added image
  2. Tap or click the Wallet tile.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to add a payment card. In some cases, your bank may require additional verification. If you’re setting up Fitbit Pay for the first time, you’ll be prompted to set a 4-digit PIN code for your watch (if you haven’t already done so). Note that you also need to have Touch ID or a PIN code turned on for your phone.
  4. After you’ve added a card, follow the on-screen instructions to turn on notifications for your phone (if you haven’t already done so) to complete the setup.

You can add up to 6 cards to the Wallet and choose which card to set as the default payment option on your watch.

This feature should be working fine on your Versa now, so please make sure about the following to review your list of transactions:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon User-added image
  2. Tap or click the Wallet tile.
  3. Find the card you added to your watch and then scroll down to see your 3 most recent transactions.

If this feature isn't available for your card, or if you want to see all of your Fitbit Pay transactions, review your bank or credit card statement.

Let me know how it goes!
