I tried to add my American Express to my Fitbit wallet. It told me to verify my card through Amex customer service, which I called, and they said they verified it for me and that everything looks good, however my wallet still says I need to verify the card. I contacted Amex again and they said that everything on their end looks like it should be ready to go. Does anyone know of a solution? I'm using an iPhone with the latest update, if that makes a difference.

I had this problem with Amex only. Other cards went in with no trouble. I found out that Amex will work much better if you load it through your cellular network and not through WiFi. So, turn off the WiFi on your phone and try again. When you are done, you can put your WiFi back on.

I had luck with cellular on my android phone, but was not able to set it upon through my iPad on wifi.
