I am trying to add a debit card to my fitbit pay. However, when I have added all of the info validly and I press next, my phone simply freezes up.
My mobile phone is an Android, Samsung Galaxy S8. I have attempted a reboot, to no avail. I made sure that my bank supports wearables, which it does. In fact, the whole reason I got a fitbit is because my bank stopped supporting contactless pay through phone, but recommended I switch to Fitbit for Fitbit Pay.
I am using a Maestro card of ABN Amro.

Have you tried removing and reinstalling the firbit app.
Shutting off the phone and restarting

Yes. I have been able to discuss this with a helpdesk worker and this appears to be a known issue that's getting worked on.
