I have been using the Fitbit Pet watch face on my new Versa, but so far every morning I wake up to see my pet's health at zero and it gone with the note left behind. For example, yesterday I did 15,000 steps which is 5k over my set goal, so I had extra treats and my pet's heath was full at bed time. But those extra treats were gone the next day! I hope this is a glitch because otherwise I spend half the day with an envelope on my watch face instead of the pet, cause it takes me awhile to build those treats up again. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a glitch or just a dumb feature? And if it's a glitch, how would I fix it?

Hey @Laurylin, it is cool to see new faces around! Let me explain to you that Fitbit Labs clock faces are experimental in nature so the users may experience minor issues from time to time, like this, in which your pet's health is resetting everyday. So, I'd like you to please contact Fitbit Labs by filling out this feedback form in order to report bugs like this.
If you have further questions, keep me posted!

I'm experiencing the same thing with my Versa, too. I'll get well over 10,000 steps, dispense the treats, and Inca will still leave. I keep checking back periodically in the hopes they'll soon have a newer version (the current version is 1.0.3), but nothing so far. In the interim, the only viable solution appears to be 1) get the 5,000 steps needed to bring the pet back, or 2) reinstall the clock face. I did report the issue to Fitbit labs, too.

Btw I just updated my fitbit (it prompted me yesterday saying there was an update), and this issue was fixed! The kitty was still there this morning when I woke up!
