Fitbit Screen is on, but completely blank.

I've had my Fitbit Versa since October of 2018. I've never had a problem before and I love it so much I was getting ready to purchase the new one for my mother as a birthday gift. I updated my device Sunday afternoon and I still had a decent charge, but it wouldn't turn on after Monday morning. I figured it just died so I put it on the charger. I came back to it a few hour later to see the screen was on, but completely blank. You can see the blue light surrounding the screen. I took it off and tried to factory reset it, but it never turned back on. I left alone and tried again today, the screen turned on but showed a blank screen again. I tried connecting it to my laptop just to see if I could some how reset it from there, but nothing is able to read it. My phone keeps saying it cannot find my watch.

I really enjoyed my fitbit and I hope someone can help me, I rather not buy one as a gift if it'll happen again. I've been reading through the community to see if I can figure something out and this seems to be a common issue lately.

I am having the same issue. I have tried restarting it ( by holding the back buttons for 10sec ) but no luck. The screens backlight will come on but the screen will be blank, it’s hard to describe, and it will vibrate when I restart it. I thought maybe the update or syncing will help but nothing has so far. I’ll let you know if I find a way to fix the issue! Good luck

Haha seems like Versa screwed us.

I see so many problems.

Mine just happened and my earphones don't pair anymore. Used them a few times and now a big nothing. My big earphones work,but the one i need to exercise doesn't. 

Have you ever had that problem??? 

Here all i see is make sure its turned on. Or try deleting and try again....like we never did that. Its always the first thing everybody does.

But i guess they can't say, we are **ahem**all and we made money off your **ahem**.

My Versa Lite screen went blank on Sunday.  It was working, I took it off.  Put it back on and screen is black.  Still charges, syncs with phone, counts steps and I can change the screen...I just cannot see anything on my screen.   HELP!
