I’m quite pissed about this actually. It’s simple. The home button stopped working, then the Fitbit shut down altogether. Since you have to hold the home button to make it turn on, my Fitbit is just shut down now. It’s been two days. Could someone please tell me how to get it to turn back on ‘cause I’m very frustrated right now.

My fitbit versa has don't the same last night.. I was low on charge, but I was exercising to hit my 10,000 step goal. Soon as it hit that the watch just turned off. Tried to charge it, it wouldn't charge / turn on. Even used a new charger. Which I've left it on charge all night. And still not charged nor will it turn on....

I am very disappointed with the fitbit versa, as I've had nothing but trouble with it. My messages don't come through to the watch and call only sometimes.  No matter how many times I've contacted fitbit, they just fobe off. 

Just wish I had stuck to the apple watch, much better and customer care 2nd to none.
