I am having problems with "All Day Sync." The problem has to do when I get out of range of Bluetooth and wifi. I have restarted the watch as instructed. I have checked Bluetooth drivers and wifi drivers for Windows 10. I have also attempted to connect it to an IOS 12.1.1 iPad Air. This has also failed several times. Connections have happened, but they have been intermittent and inconsistent. I have restarted the devices. I have turned Bluetooth on and off. I would like to know what is going on? If this cannot be resolved then I will have to return the device as it is merely weeks old.

@rrider709 first of all if you're planning to sync your tracker with Win10, make sure your iPad Bluetooth is off so there's no competition. Now, go to your computer Bluetooth settings, and make sure that "Download over metered connections" box is checked. Reboot your computer and Versa (by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes), and sync.
