I have been trying to update my Fitbit Versa for the last four days now and I have tried all the recommendations given on forums etc however it is still not working. I have now logged on to my Fitbit page on my laptop to try and update but I cannot find the option to do so. Can anyone please point me in the right direction?

Having the same issue...keeps downoading..then says installing...then starts the routine over...versa just shows blue screen with the fitbit dots emblem. Very frustrated.

Mine was doing the same thing it took me over three weeks to finally get it to download. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app I tried resetting the Fitbit itself. And then once it finally did the update, it only helped get the Fitbit unstuck on that front home screen. But now nothing is syncing with the Fitbit and my app. It's just been a huge headache!
