Fitbit V not working at all after the update

On 12/7 I update it my Versa limited edition to find out that now my Versa is completely shut down. It doesn’t work at all. It seems like it shutdown overnight, I try “turn on” and nothing. Please help I love my Versa it was a birthday gift.

Try holding the button down for 20 seconds and that should boot it back up. If not you may want to contact them directly and see what's up.
