Hello I’ve had my fit bit since the begging goes of August so just a month and the touch screen has suddenly stopped working. Particularly frustrating since I just got it. I tired factory resetting it per another persons instructions on here and it’s still not doing what it is suppose to...

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

I have restarted it about 20 times so far this morning. I also removed the third party watch face as it was a recommended work around. None of this has corrected this issue
