This is really disappointing that even after seeing so many topics on forum, Fitbit still not resolving this problem. I am using Fitbit Versa 1 watch and when I sync with my android phone on latest OS version, Fitbit app doesn't show heart rate data for current day and now it has stopped showing data for weekends as well. For each week I can see heart rate stats only Monday to Friday. I have tried Bluetooth ON/OFF, clearing cache, app data and even reinstalling app but nothing works. What will it take Fitbit to fix this?

Hi @ABHIJIT_TEMBHEK - firstly check the watch settings and make sure the Heart rate settings is turned on.
Then restart both the watch and phone and sync.
Ensure that the steps are being updated in the app and and then heart rate should also be updated.
If not, there are two possible causes, the watch still isn't measuring heart rate.
To check, swipe up the watch face to get to the Today view and check that heart rate is appearing correctly.
If it is then there may be an issue with the latest version of the Fitbit App, if not the watch may have suffered from water ingression.
