Fitbit Versa 2 Emerald band

Hi, so I just bought the fitbit versa 2 in the rosé gold color and I really want the emerald band with it that they show on the site. Does anyone know if I can buy this band somewhere seperately from the fitbit?

Hello @Addyadv and a warm welcome.  Sorry, but Fitbit did not make this band available to buy as an accessory band.  There are many third party bands available on sites like Amazon and Ebay.  Many get excellent reviews and are inexpensive.  Try Amazon or Ebay to look for that color combination.

I have had the same request. Fitbit I did ask prior to purchasing the rose gold if I could buy this emerald colour in the deal and they said no with my upgrade. I did ask if they could sell separately and still told no! It's a bit mean and if they get asked this then why not sell it?!

I have a similar issue. I purchased the Emerald and Rose Gold Vera 2 in December and the bans broke today so I am now looking to replace the Emerald band. I love the Emerald band and would love to have a replacement.

Is this under warranty?

Hello @Slynn0812   Your band is under warranty.  The is a link on the Support page to file a broken band claim.  Fitbit didn't make that color available as an accessory band.  I'm not sure that you will be able to get that color as your replacement.

Yes i believe that they are if the strap breaks. Just contact fitbit 🙂

Unfortunately not 😞 my emerald band broke and  still under warranty and when I asked for the emerald strap was told its not available 😔
