I’ve setup my new Versa 2, I’ve setup Fitbit pay here in the UK, my card is showing in the iOS app.
it never appears on the watch.
tried syncing manually, tried a reboot of the watch, nothing.
what can I do?

I'm not sure @SteveINScotkand but if you do a search, we have one other user who has posted the same question and has been in contact with support.

This was new out the box, sadly not the only issue I had and I am returning it.
