I have had my versa 2 for almost a year now. Today, I can't get it to sync with my fitbit app which is prompting me to update the firmware. once I try to update, it cannot find my fitbit watch. (it starts "searching" and just hangs there. The watch itself is charged 80% so I don't think battery is the problem. Any suggestions? I've tried it multiple times and even tried moving over to where the router is and that didn't help.
