Fitbit Versa 2 Screen not working - fuzzy display and black screen

For the last few days i have noticed that my fitbit Versa 2 screen was becoming fuzzy and kept glitching. This morning i noticed the screen completely black, so i have reset my fit bit - for around 5 minutes this fixed the issue, then the screen started glitching again and went completely black. This has happened over 5 times today - Each time i restart the glitching of the screen gets worse. Please help!

Hi, @EmilyRose25! One last thing to try and then sounds like it's time to contact Fitbit Support. I would suggest trying a different clock face and seeing if it changes anything. Good luck!

I tried that and the screen went blank .and now no display at all.alitnof people.went through the same thing around the same time????

After I reopen and it updated software, it return to be good. However, I am
not sure what kind that they updated for me, or they lock some functions
before updating it
