Hi! I’m on the latest Fitbit OS 68.9.15 and I’m not able to install the a lot of clock faces, for example the ones from Lignite.io.
I keep getting the “To install this clock make sure that Fitbit app on your phone and on your Fitbit device have the latest update. - Learn More.” message.
Since I’ve working for 10 year in Customer Support [including writing KB Articles 🙂 ] I’ve pretty much followed the all “Disconnect/Restart/Forget/etc.” processes, but without success.
I also know this issue has been previously raised around this community and no specific answer has been provided.
I’m on an iPhone SE 2020.

I forgot to mention that I’m using a Fitbit Versa 2.
