It's brand new, purchased today. Already tried the suggestions posted here https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1873.htm
I've also disconnected the watch, deleted the Fitbit app and reinstalled on my Samsung s10, but no update prompts come up. Tried on my laptop as well.
The device is at 35.70.714.
Should I factory reset?

Hi @EmilyAnn13 when updates are released, they are done on a rolling basis. You might need to wait until you get the notice that the update is there for you. Factory reset is pretty drastic and really you shouldn't need to do that. Sometimes it just takes a bit of time to get the update in your area.

Alright, I just really wanted to try some clock faces that I am not being permitted to because I need to update my Fitbit... Which I can't do.

My versa says it has an update but when I try to update it just continues to try to find my versa and never does. How can I get this to update.
