I'm really quite upset that my less than a year old Versa 2 wrist band literally tore when unbuckling it to clean up. I'd think that for as much as I paid for it, that it would last longer . Please Fitbit, remedy this problem.

Hi @Postaldude08 the Versa 2 was just released a while ago. Click here to file a claim on your device's in-warranty Fitbit band. Let us know what happens.

I was mistaken on the device, it's a Versa, not a Versa 2. Picked up a band at my local Walmart.. Problem solved.
