Hi!
Could you please tell me if the Versa 2 is no longer supported?
A month or two ago, my Versa 2 watches stopped showing the correct time and syncing. I thought something might be wrong with the data, so I decided to remove the watch from my account and add it again.
When I did that, to my surprise, I could no longer connect them. It said "something went wrong." I figured maybe there was an issue with my account, so I tried using another phone with a different Google account and attempted to pair the watch with it - same error, "something went wrong."
Then I thought maybe the battery in the watch had just died, so I bought a new one - and to my surprise, the exact same thing happened with the new device. After that, I installed an older version of the app on Android and tried again, but it was all in vain.
Still the same error. When connecting, it asks for a 4-digit confirmation code, accepts it, and then after some time says something like "something went wrong" and asks to try again.
Interestingly, after a few of these "something went wrong" messages, the watch appears in the app with a battery level of zero and a comment saying it synced 5 minutes ago - meanwhile, the watch itself shows 100% battery and a diamond icon like it's loading.
I honestly don’t know what to do anymore.
Yes, I am currently in Ukraine - maybe some region-based restrictions have been added, I don’t know.

Thank you so much for letting us know that your Versa 2 is not syncing anymore. Thanks for all your efforts.
Which OS version does your phone have? Please make sure your phone meets the Fitbit setup requirements. At the moment the newest version of the Fitbit app is the 4.45, can you please confirm if you have tried to do the set up process with this version too?
