Fitbit Versa 2 ending activity before ending the actual exercise

Hi Fitbit team,

couple of times my fitbit versa 2 end the exercise or the activity while I am doing the exercise. It happened to me while cycling and walking.

 

i am pairing my fitbit with Samsung galaxy note 9

@Kb1980 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your activities being cut short without your intervention. 

  • How long were you running the exercises?
  • What type of exercise were you running (e.g. using GPS or not)?
  • Were you listening to music on your device when doing the exercise, etc?
  • Did you have Exercise Goals set?

Try restarting your Versa by following these instructions and make sure that nothing is making contact with the button or the screen.
