Fitbit Versa 2 heart rate and sleep tracking wont work

I have had my fitbit Versa 2 for about 9 months now and it has worked great up until a week ago. My Versa 2 will no longer calculate my sleep of the heart rate. I have tried resetting a few times and I have also tried factory resetting with no luck. Please help me figure this out. Thanks
