Hello! My husband has a Versa 2. We've noticed the heart rate monitor is very erratic when he is exercising, often dipping into the 30s. I have a screen shot but am not sure how to link it in here. Is this a common issue with the fitbit? Thanks.

Yes this is very common. Lots of us are complaining but Fitbit just keeps giving us the runaround on how to correctly wear the watch as if we are all wearing it wrong. I was sent a replacement and it only worked for a week and now it's giving me crazy readings during exercise.I reported it again and low and behold I was sent another link on how to wear the watch...
