Fitbit Versa 2 heart rate monitor not working

Had my Fitbit versa 2 for almost 2 years. It was working just fine on Sunday. I let it charge and didn't wear it again till last night (Tues), and now it isn't even attempting to read a heart rate. The lights are off. 

 

I've powered it done a couple times, turned the heart rate monitor in the settings on and off, and done a factory reset. Nothing. 

 

Any help would be great. I rather enjoy this watch and can't afford a new one at the moment.

Same proble here ans the support solution is giving me discount for a Versa 2, Versa 3, Sense, Inspire 2, Luxe or Charge 5 but on the list only the Versa 2 is avalaible. So I don't want the same model.

So, my solution is going to Apple Watch
