My Fitbit Versa 2 has been showing inaccurate numbers and miscounting active zone minutes, as well as constantly showing different stats on both device and iPhone after syncing.
I’ve tried restarting it multiple times with no fix. The battery also has been draining considerably faster all of a sudden.

I've been having the same issue with inaccurate stats and my battery draining quicker than usual. I also just noticed there is only one green light (sensor) working on the bottom! I'll have to contact customer support to get it sorted out. Just disappointing though, since I've had this less than a year and is a replacement for my versa that also died less than a year old 😞
Good luck!

Me too, but mine has been going on for more than two weeks. It also had the incorrect time after multiple attempts and troubleshooting with FitBit support. It is still hobbling along. It now has the correct time, but features/apps randomly stop and start working again, but the battery draining is still a constant.

I'm having a similar issue, but mine has the added issue that the heart rate doesn't update for 5 to 10 minutes then spikes. This was happening before the latest firmware update but was nowhere near this bad. I'll share my workout on monday where you can see the graph is continuous with not so much jumping around. Then today's workout, many seemingly dead zones of BPM raising slowly, instant jumps, etc...
1st Workout (Before firmware update):
Things look normal, I was on a stationary bike, maintaining an elevated heartrate.
Weight lifting on the same day, the resolution isn't very good due to the long duration of the workout, but the watch seems to have been quite consistent in reporting my heart rate while it changes:
2nd Workout (After firmware update):
BPM Jumping around, not updating consistently.
This graph is even worse...
BPM Rising slowly then jumping up:
This is... vexing to say the least; I'm very disappointed 😞 I've tried all the troubleshooting steps listed on the heartrate FAQ..
Please help.. This watch is only a week old.....

Not 5-10 minutes, but seconds.. Couldn't find an edit function, apologies.

That is frustrating! My fitbit reported this as well when I was relaxing on the couch ..

My versa 2 (about 6 months old now) problems first started with no heart rate reading for a few days then all of a sudden my battery life went to crap. I worked with support and they had me drain it all the way and sync it a few days so they could see it. Still no HR and battery only lasting 1 day instead of 4 or 5. They then had me restart it which made the HR work but still quick draining battery life. Last night I charged it up and now it is totally dead...wouldn't even start up at all. Bummer. Does anyone know if the 1 year warranty starts when you purchased it or when you activate it? Either way I sure hope they honor the warranty and send me a replacement.
