My Fitbit has recently (in the past couple of weeks) has not been logging custom foods that I add correctly. The calories and other food details just go to zero when I add them after me filling in all the fields. So I haven’t been able to log any food that doesn’t come up on the search so I cannot log my intake correctly, which is a little frustrating! I saw that others have had this same problem. They were advised to log off the Fitbit app and re start their phone which I have done and it is still not working. My last app update was the beginning of April...May it have something to do with this? Please help! Thank you.
