Fitbit Versa 2 not starting after shutdown

I shutdown my fitbit at 40% of battery. Now its not starting up. Please help how to active my fitbit.

I would like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger.

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Versa 2 for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

It doesnt vibrate while I put on charging.
