Hi all!
I’ve tried all the normal things like unpairing, deleting and reinstalling the apps etc and I just keep getting a message that reads: “To Connect your Fitbit account please allow MyFitnessPal to access all data points”

Hi @Kitkatkaty87 and @Aynat81 ! Warm welcome to the community !
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, and your efforts while working on this matter. I'm sorry you're having difficulties with this process. I understand you've tried some steps, but let me recommend the following to see how it goes afterward.

I’ve tried all the things you’ve suggested multiple times. I have repeatedly tried to CONNECT my Fitbit to MyFitnessPal and allow all to no avail. This just started 2 days ago. I’ve removed both apps from my phone and re-downloaded them. Rebooted the phone twice. I went into Fitbit and updated there as well as in the App Store All updates are complete. Do you any other ideas? Or just wait for a fix in the App Store?
thank you

I’ve been having a similar problem. My two apps are connected but it’s not transferring all my food information. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting ideas but nothing is working.

I’ve tried all of the above multiple times. It was working again yesterday but today, not synching yet again!
Most of us haven’t got time to keep doing all this troubleshooting just to log our food.

I have worked so many hours on this. I’m beyond frustrated. It quit syncing Friday and hasn’t worked since. I even ported Fitbit over to Google last night!! Had to create an account just for that! Removed both apps from my phone, rebooted again, added the apps back. Nothin. I’m about to buy an Apple Watch myself. This is ridiculous! I’ve had Fitbit for years. But they usually only last me a year. I’ve had to replace mine 3-4 times. I’m gonna take the leap and invest in apple
ive been watching for app updates in the store everyday as well. Does anyone think this is because of the Google buyout?

Same here, been looking at Apple Watches. It’s just one problem after the other with my Fitbit app.

Same problem for me. Updated everything, disconnected everything, rebooted phone and iPad multiple times. Nothing works. Seriously fed up now.

Holy crap everyone I just got mine to work!! I went into my settings on iPhone 14, privacy and security, motion and fitness and turned OFF tracking for MyFitnessPal. Opened MyFitnessPal first, said disable to the popup, went to more(…) apps and devices, and connected my Fitbit. It took this time!!!!!!! I’m tracking again after a week of being down!!!
