Fitbit Versa 2 only works when in charger

HI there,

 

My Fitbit Versa 2 only turns on when I have it plugged into the charger. It shows a full battery while in the charger, but if I remove it, it immediately turns off. I can't reboot or factory reset (neither holding down the 2 button combo nor all 3 buttons) while it's out of the charger. I have also factory reset it while it was in the charger but nothing changed; it still shuts off immediately when I remove it from the charger.

 

Is there any solution to this or am I able to get a replacement?
