Fitbit Versa 2 "Data not cleared Sync & try again" message

hi I have newly buy Fitbit Versa 2 

when I ON Versa 2 it's showing a message "Data not cleared Sync & try again"

this is new I didn't connect with any device until now

anyone help me clear this problem
