Fitbit Versa 2 screen gone stripey

My fitbit screen has gone white and loads of stripes. I haven't bashed it or even got it wet! I have tried restarting it and I can just about see it responding to the button. Any ideas?

Could you please describe how you performed the restart? Over the watch or by pressing the button?
Did you see the Fitbit logo?

Have you tried changing the clock face?How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Hi, I held the button down for about 10 seconds until the screen turned off. I can't see the screen enough to tell what it's saying.

I haven't tried to change the clock face but woken up this morning and the screen it green now and can't make out anything. I think it might be completely broken 😔

Mine has gone the same way, I tried a factory reset and even that hasn’t worked
