Can not get any the screen to go to it like stuck on the time screen doesn’t let me go to the alarm are others screen can shut alarms off are anything

Hee, @Sleereddick , try a hard reset. You have to push the left button for about 10 seconds. Then it should restart.

Hee, @Sleereddick , try a hard reset. You have to push the left button for about 10 seconds. Then it should restart.

So I did that it still stuck on clock face didn’t let me do anything
