Fitbit Versa 2 stuck on logo

Hello,

My Versa 2 recently ran out of battery, after I charged it it’s stuck on the logo and won’t turn on or off. I have tried pressing the button to shut down and restart but nothing works, it just turns off for a few seconds and then go back to the logo. Very frustrating!
