It came back on, after almost an hour and a half of being off. Support was zero help during and after, as to why it did this.

I literally just took mind off 10 min ago (after I synced it) and it stopped working. I'm still charging it but not sure what happened. I'm going to hope that support will help me but not so sure after seeing your post. OY!!

Good luck! Mine did, suddenly, come back on its own, about 90 minutes after I noticed it wasn't working, while charging. I still don't know what happened. Support said that basically it might or might not happen or it could happen again AND that nothing is perfect. smh
The agent I had also didn't seem to be reading my replies to his questions.

What do they mean they could or could not stop working??!! WTH?! This is my first Versa but my 3rd fitibit. If this one craps out, I will be getting the Apple watch instead. Most of my Fitbit friends have gone that route and not looked back. I love FB but HATE it when they stop working. How old is yours? I haven't had mine 3 mos yet. 😞 I noticed that my battery was low so I took it off to charge it while I was studying and then it showed charging but the screen after a few minutes went black. Unacceptable! Thank you, I too hope it comes back on like yours did! Fingers crossed!

Mine is just 3 months old now. No issues, up until today. I was shocked by support's responses. I did take it out of the charger, after it had died, and cleaned both the charger contacts and the backside of the watch itself, with alcohol. Not sure if that's what helped or not, but it rebooted itself not too long after doing that and setting it back in the charger. Either way, it came back is what matters most. I depend on this watch to get my CGM readings.
I hope you get yours back!!
