Fitbit Versa 2 unable to use the touch screen

I got my Fitbit Versa in July 2019 and love it but the last week I’m unable to use the touch screen as it doesn’t work. 
I have to reset it then it works but not for long and I’m resetting it about 10 times a day.

Try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings, About, Factory Reset.
