Fitbit Versa 2 will no longer vibrate for alarm etc.....

I am so disappointed with Fitbit these days.  I have been a loyal user since 2015, and now I must admit I am close to done with Fitbit.  My family bought me a Versa in 2019 for Mother's Day and it simply crashed, never to work again, with no warning just barely a year later.  My husband then bought me a Versa 2 to replace that with and I've barely had it 3 months, and late last week the alarm quit vibrating, and yes it is set and I've used my cell phone to wake me up and I can see the darn thing going off on my wrist but not vibrating, and over the weekend I also realized that the notifications for calls, texts and movement are not going off.  I have tried all the suggested steps, turning off the notifications, clearing out the bluetooth, turning my phone off and on and holding down the left button on the Versa, and then basically resetting everything and re-pairing, nothing worked.  I even turned it off, the only thing I have not tried is a Factory reboot.  This product costs too much to have the issues it does.  And until this new Versa came in I went back to my HR Charge for a bit.  It hadn't been charged, synced or updated in over a year, and I'm pretty sure I wore it for over a year before the first Versa, and I didn't have any issues with it during that 2 week period.  You've got serious issues with this product, and the community forum is full of them. So now, since we bought it through Amazon I'm stuck with a product I can't use to notify me, or wake me.  If I decide to send it back and pay the restocking fee,  I can guarantee I am done with Fitbit.  I will not spend that money again!!!!

You say you have tried turning off the notifications.  If you really mean that, there's your problem, but I expect you meant you turned them on.

Another thing to check is if you are in Sleep Mode, which prevents such things that might wake you up.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks, I didn’t make that very clear but yes as part of of all the resetting and pairing I have turned them back on. I had also found another thread about the sleep mode and the quick settings menu. Neither sleep mode nor do not disturb have been or on on my Versa.
